We kicked things off with a corn soup, drawing inspiration from Orly’s friend Efrat from her home land. It's an Asian style corn soup, with soy and white wine for added flavor. 

Following that, we had the latest craze from Israel- a "Chicken Schnitzel Challah Sandwich.''

Shelly Yona from Shelly’s Bakery baked the Challah buns, and we layered them with Orly’s homemade Tahini sauce, Moroccan style "Matbucha" (Tomato salad with roasted pepper, jalapeno, garlic, olive oil and paprika), Hot peppers, and fried eggplants.

Finally, for dessert Orly demonstrated a mouthwatering Nutella cake inspired by Shelly’s Bakery. It's a delightful treat that simply melts in your mouth. To complete this we served a special tea from Orly’s homeland.
