We were fortunate to spend a unique evening at the counter with the a diverse group of people, coming together from different cultures, religious and origins. We shared a bite of cuisine from around the Mediterranean Sea, starting with Orly’s Greek-style salad Cheese Bourekas, Greek moussaka with layers of eggplant, potatoes, ground meat and tomato sauce, plus almond crescent cookies served with vanilla ice cream and Orly's favorite green tea from Israel
