An incredible evening at Kitchen Conservatory! We had the pleasure of "visiting" Tel Aviv without even needing a passport. The class was filled with delicious flavors and unforgettable memories. It was such a joy to share Orly’s traditions and stories from her beloved homeland with the participants.

This was a sold out class on July 22 that discovered a dish Orly and her friends always savored at her favorite Tel Aviv restaurant - sautéed and slow-roasted vegetables with everything from pumpkin, red peppers, green beans, onions, potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and tomatoes, all served with rice. The class also enjoyed a dish that is often served at Shabbat dinners - Moroccan-style salmon seasoned with paprika and garlic and jalapeños served with challah, plus individual strawberry cheesecakes.
