Spend a unique evening at the counter with the delightful Orly Peters, who relocated to St. Louis from Israel eight years ago, as she shares cuisine from around the Mediterranean Sea, starting with a Greek-style salad with cucumbers, kalamata olives, red and yellow bell peppers, feta and Bulgarian cheese, dressed with lemon and oregano vinaigrette, Greek moussaka with layers of eggplant, potatoes, ground meat and tomato sauce, plus almond crescent cookies served with vanilla ice cream and Orly's favorite green tea.
