Join us this Sunday, March 3rd, at 9 am (CST) for a captivating live cooking session straight from Italy!

Giafranco and Ivana of Deliba Olive Oil, https://deliba.it/en/shop-2/?wpam_id=76 will guide us through crafting "Tagliatelle and Fresh Tomato" pasta from scratch, sharing the rich stories behind their remarkable family legacy in olive oil.

 

Fresh Pasta: Tagliatelle - Ingredients for about 700g of tagliatelle

- 500g of type 00 flour

- 1 egg

- Water: quantity corresponding to 8 half eggshells (approximately)

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Fresh Cherry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 350g of cherry tomatoes

- 50g of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 clove of garlic

- 8 basil leaves

- To taste, fine salt
