Starter - Kelewele: Spicy fried plantains seasoned with ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper, served with a tangy tamarind dip. Main Course -Poulet Braisé: Grilled chicken marinated in a mix of garlic, ginger, onions, and a blend of West African spices, served with jollof rice and a side of sautéed spinach. Dessert - Kokonte with Peanut Sauce: A simple and traditional dessert made from cassava flour, served with a rich peanut sauce. Minimum of 15 guests.
