As promised, we are launching our new monthly home cooking live series and are thrilled to bring you dishes from all over the world directly in the comfort of your own homes!

To really kick things off, we will be hosting a live show 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞!

That’s right! Get excited with us!

🌟We will kick it off with our show on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝟓𝐩𝐦 with Adjo Honsou from 𝐅𝐮𝐅𝐮 𝐧'𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞. Adjo will be taking us on a trip to West Africa. She will be preparing a Vegan EGUSI with FUFU! This will delight your taste buds!

🌟Following that, we will continue our weekly series with Chef terri jayne on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝟓𝐩𝐦, from 𝐃𝐞𝐥’𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐋𝐂 𝐝𝐛𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐆𝐫𝐮𝐛. She will be making her amazing Apricot Glazed Salmon with Pomegranate Salsa and Curry Creamed Cavatappi Pasta. This is a must-learn dish for when you want something unique for your palette!

🌟Next, we have the amazing 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚 𝐙𝐚𝐫𝐢 sharing her time and recipes with us on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝟓𝐩𝐦! She will be showing us how to make “Mantu”, an Afghan dumpling! Learning to make Mantu is key to mastering Afghan cuisine. Come join us to learn more about Freshta Afghan culture through her food!

🌟From there, we will continue on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝟓𝐩𝐦, with Nicole Kliebert. Nicole is the founder of 𝐍𝐨𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞, and her food has been featured on TV. She will be demonstrating Fish Courtbouillon, a deeply flavored fish stew with the traditional components of Cajun cooking, brown roux, and trinity. Let’s travel with Nicole to Louisiana and learn about this amazing dish!

🌟And finally, we close the month of June with Leslie S. Hernandez from De Mi Madre Aprendi, LLC. Latina Owned Business Spices and Cater Traditional Puerto Rican Foods on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝟓𝐩𝐦! Leslie learned to make authentic Puerto Rican foods at a young age in the kitchen with her mother. Since then, she has come up with her own creations: Latin flavor seasoning products (both Adobo and Sazon). Leslie will be showing us how to prepare Yellow rice using spices from De Mi Madre Aprendi. Come join us on a trip to Puerto Rico and experience this wonderful dish!

Sit back and enjoy the adventure, as I prepare pan-fried sweet potato cakes served with sour cream-chives sauce - a dish that I loved ordering from my favorite Tel-Aviv restaurant, crispy and juicy broiled salmon served atop white beans and eggplant caponata with olives and capers, plus delicate pavlova with fresh berries served with my favorite Israeli green tea.

Enjoy an Asian-style corn soup, an impressive chicken schnitzel challah sandwich layered with homemade tahini sauce, Moroccan-style matbucha - a tomato salad with roasted peppers, and fried eggplant, plus a melt-in-your-mouth Nutella cake, and tea from Israel.

Fresh Pasta: Tagliatelle - Ingredients for about 700g of tagliatelle

- 500g of type 00 flour

- 1 egg

- Water: quantity corresponding to 8 half eggshells (approximately)

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Fresh Cherry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 350g of cherry tomatoes

- 50g of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 clove of garlic

- 8 basil leaves

- To taste, fine salt
